Is an MBA from Tuck worth it with a full-tuition scholarship?

I'm currently looking for jobs with tuition reimbursement, I'm going to be studying Operation & supply management. Any tips on the search process?

Should I go Booth (no scholarship) this year or reapply to my Targets (Wharton, HBS, MIT) next year. Got dinged from all the second time. Are these even achievable with the stats below: 29M, GRE 325 (can try improving to 330), 8 YoE in Big4 Transaction Advisory (currently AD/SM), two quick promotions (SC->M and M->AD), 3.7 GPA from a 200-ranked school, CPA, international experience in 2 countries.

Is doing a term exchange at HEC Paris considered impressive? Or what program in Europe is the strongest on resume?

Anyone ever get burned by their employer with tuition reimbursement? Just found out due to some changes company wide our discretionary budget got cut and my tuition reimbursement (even though was told it was in the budget back in October by the department head) was denied. (Started in January)
