If you've heard of doughnuts, you've probably heard of Krispy Kreme. We started making them in the USA way back in 1937, but it wasn't until 2003 that we arrived in the UK with one humble little outlet. Ok, so it was in Harrods but it was still only one. We're famous for our amazing doughnuts, but did you know that every Krispy Kreme doughnut is hand checked and our decorated range are always hand filled by one of our awesome team? And whether you buy your Krispy Kreme doughnuts from a Krispy Kreme store, one of our retail partners, have your doughnuts delivered or buy on the Krispy Kreme website, your doughnuts are always made fresh daily! We have had some phenomenal growth and we now have over 2000 employees and over 120 stores covering across both the UK & Ireland and we are not stopping now! Our online presence and our digital GEN8 cabinets in supermarkets and service stations have grown and we continue to have ambitious growth plans over the next few years. To meet our plans, we're going to need even more passionate, positive people who want to spread some Krispy Kreme joy! Over 25 years in the making we’ve a long history as part of the Royal Mail Group, but in 1986 Royal Mail created a separate parcel function forming the foundations of the business we know today. In 1990 Royal Mail Parcels was rebranded to Parcelforce, along with a massive investment in IT and infrastructure with the introduction of online tracking and the construction of our National and International sorting hubs. Then in 1998 the business was rebranded to Parcelforce Worldwide. The last decade has seen us move into the express parcels market with further investment in technology which enables us to provide our exceptional quality of service. In 2013 we continued investing in the future of our business, enabling us to further enhance our network with 12 new and improved depots. Along with building a brand new processing centre in the North West with industry leading technology; ensuring that we can continue to handle your parcels with greater speed and precision, so we are best placed to meet the rapid growth in demand within the express parcels market. Our Managing Director is Rob Fowler.
