First had to do an online assessment after submitting my application. After which was an online video interview via Teams with a person. Lasted about 15 minutes. Person who conducted the interview was very friendly.

In person assessment centre with three parts: 1. Fun icebreaker : building a marble run (claimed to be unassessed) 2. Competency-based interview : Questions like, "Tell me about a time when you solved a problem creatively". Two interviewers, one technical and one non-technical 3. Presentation: Data was sent ahead of time, candidates were asking to analyse website sessions data, and come up with business recommendations (in a powerpoint) More than difficult, the assessment centre was long and poorly managed. Something that should have taken 2-3 hours tops, ended up taking a whole day since only 3 technical interviews and 3 non-technical interviewers were present for 10 candidates. Very poorly managed, by the end most were tired and hungry. We started early and were let go at 2pm (right before lunch) so they were not required to provide us a meal. Any candidates reading this for their interview, eat a heavy breakfast and pack a filling snack lol. You'll have lots of waiting time to eat
