Online and brief, they look for very nitpicking things. I needed to use more hand gestures for example to show my approachability. There is an arduous application process also. Be prepared for scenario questions.

Online video assessment with 2 parts. The first was 7 maths gcse multiple choice qs followed by 3 video questions about why you want to be a tutor, and 2 situational questions.
