The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GitLab in Jun 2024
Interview
Four Stages, took a week!
Initial interview with HR, then hiring manager and another manager we did a cold call, I would say prepare for the interview by knowing the product and do some research, then the next interview was a peer interview with a senior BDR and then a leadership interview with a director of BDR.
Overall a pleasant process and they made everything easy and gave the offer the same day!
