      Graduate Program Interview

      May 2, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Gripple (London, England)

      Interview

Very lenghtly drawn out process with too many taken far into the process who had no chance of going through. Expect a lot of effort from full time students. From the interview process it was clear they had a culture of self sacrifice and overworking under the guise of 'employee ownership` which I think is code for slavery.
