Basic interview, started with an automated one then moved to a day-long interview, with a 2 on 1 interview that was very basic with no complex technical questions, then in the afternoon a group exercise

It was good, I had arrived early and had a chat with the other students and the staff running the interview. It consisted of a introduction, followed by an interviewers.

Very chill process, we sat and talked with emerging talent managers and people who have done the graduate role, and then had an interview with some questions about health and safety and some light technical questions. Good interview

Interview
Firstly, there will be an introduction of the department, secondly, there will be a session of getting to know each other, then there will be some team activities in groups, and then there will be personal interviews. At the end, there will be two team activities, and the staff will observe and score the performance of the team.
