I thought my experience would be different than the other reviews here, but I was wrong. The interview process at On may actually be the worst I've ever experienced.
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me. All of their emails emphasized they "want to move quickly" but that could not be more misleading. The process took two months. Weeks at a time in between interviews. I had a total of 5 interviews and a project. Again, getting feedback and next steps was impossible.
Weeks would pass, and I would reach out for any sort of updates, but nothing. After wrapping up what I was told were the final interviews, 3 weeks passed of them saying things were delayed.
Unfortunately, I passed up on other offers at the time because I was a huge fan of the company and its products. Finally, after two months of frustration and no closure, I just moved on.
