Have prepared diagram with as is process, expected process and use cases with high level details. As i stated above one of the interviewer felt, no need of as is process diagram as i must have jumped only on whats needed. He also downgraded use case approach, stating use cases not required anymore. Had enjoyed interview with another member as he had really vast understanding and was a good listener too. Anywas it was nice interaction and shows company has good process before choosing people.
