Interview
My initial interview was missed, leaving me waiting for 30 minutes with no notice, which immediately made the process feel disorganised. While the interview was later rescheduled and the following conversations were positive, things slowed down significantly.
The process started out with friendly conversations — everyone I spoke with was welcoming, and I appreciated the chance to learn more about the role and company. However, for over three months I’ve been told that the next stage would be scheduled, but despite regular follow-ups, it still hasn’t happened. It felt humiliating to constantly ask for an update on the application.
It has now been more than three months since the process began, which feels unnecessarily drawn out. The role continues to be advertised, which makes the situation unclear and disheartening for candidates investing their time and energy. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of clarity made the overall experience feel unprofessional, which is a shame because it looks like a great company.
I think the recruitment process needs to be better structured and more transparent, as the current format drags on and leaves candidates uncertain for months...

Question 1
Talk about my experience and why I wanted to apply to the role
At first, the interview process seemed to be well organised - with clear stages and timeline. The conversations with recruiter and hiring managers went great, everyone is friendly and I got the opportunity to present myself and ask details about the role. However it seemed that recruiter is more interested in promoting the company, rather than focusing on my experience and fit for the role. Unfortunately after 3 stages of interviews, I have been ghosted. It’s understandable that companies can’t always provide feedback to everyone, however after going through 3 stages of interviews over a month, it seems the candidate deserves at least some update on the status of their application.
