30 minute chat about how it is a contract role. The role is performance based so if they don't think you added value to a project, they may not invite you back for another.
I got an email from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in the role. After I responded, someone from HR reached out to me and set up a 30 mins call. The person explained the role in detail and wanted to get an understanding of my background. I received a calendar invite after 2 weeks for a 30 mins conversation with Senior Research Associate

Interview
Not bad, few probing questions but mostly superficial questions on how you would work in the environment. They asked how I saw myself in their workplace. The interviewer was nice.

A short wait. Somewhat informal and quite welcoming. Slightly less stressful than others in my experience. Interviewed by several people in a small conference room. Overall it was a pleasant interview experience.
