One interview, over Teams, answering experience based questions. Fairly standard questions, but the interviewer was a little awkward and the questioning very stunted, which made the experience more challenging than it needed to be.
The interviewer was very open about the company's recent cash-flow issues, and that situation's impact on staff and morale, but whilst he said he believed these issues were overcome, I was left with an unfavourable impression of the company - to the extent that I would have declined an offer had it been forthcoming.
Communication was poor. No pro-active communication post interview, then the interviewer didn't reply to my follow up email a week later requesting an update, I eventually managed to get a reply by emailing their HR person two weeks post interview, but this sort of unprofessional behaviour just emphasized that this position/team wasn't right for me.
