We’re looking for a Product Design & Development Lead to own the journey from concept to creation — crafting innovative, technically exceptional products that elevate how people move, feel, and live.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design & development — from idea to final production
  
• Create distinctive, high-performance product aligned with Vivida’s vision and deeply connected to what the customer & community are most excited by.
  
• Develop detailed tech packs, oversee sampling, fittings, and approvals.
  
• Drive fabric sourcing, innovation, and sustainability strategy.
  
• Collaborate with global factories to deliver premium quality at target margins.
  
• Balance creativity with commercial thinking — building products people love and buy
