• You will be the first contact for inbound leads, shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through qualification.
• Manage inbound opportunities across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
• Qualify and disqualify prospects, ensuring time and effort are focused on the right opportunities.
• Achieve KPIs, such as discovery calls booked, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
• Complete weekly activities to meet sales performance metrics, including presentations and sales.
• Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role (inside sales, SDR, BDR, or equivalent).
• Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, with fluency in English.
• Experience working with inbound leads in a target-driven environment.
• You will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• You will hold consultative conversations with prospects and identify their needs.
• Professional and experience working in a structured office environment.
