Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management. Oversee testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities. Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices. Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners. Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules

4. Cultivate A Strong Talent Pool By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Team Members, Fostering Professional Development Within The Designated Technology.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Utilizing In-Depth Knowledge Of D365 F&Scm And Related Technologies To Meet Specific Business Needs.
6. Lead Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Innovative Propositions, Creating Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analysis To Position The Organization Competitively.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Advocating For Industry Best Practices In D365 F&Scm And Ensuring The Delivery Of Exceptional Client Outcomes.
