DevSecOps Engineering Manager

We’re seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineering Manager to lead the adoption and integration of security practices across our development and operations ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure cloud platforms. In this key role, you will shape and mature the security capabilities embedded within our CI/CD pipelines, enabling engineering teams to deliver securely at scale while fostering a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement across a global, matrixed organisation.

As a senior leader within the Cloud Engineering team, you will work across multiple large‑scale initiatives, mentor engineers at all levels, and report directly to the Head of Cloud Engineering.

About you

You’re a seasoned engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of security, cloud, and DevOps. You’re passionate about building high‑performing teams, elevating engineering standards, and embedding security into every stage of the development lifecycle. You enjoy working in complex, global environments and are comfortable influencing at all levels — from engineers to senior stakeholders.

You bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on technical depth, and you’re energised by solving complex problems, driving cultural change, and continuously improving how teams build, deploy, and secure software.
