Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Tester & Order Fulfilment Associate to support our warehouse and product testing operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for testing a variety of consumer electronics to ensure functionality, as well as assisting with order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Quality Control
• Test a range of electronics including Amazon Alexa devices, Ring doorbells, headsets, AirPods, phones, keyboards, etc.
• Check for full functionality, visual defects, and cleanliness.
• Log testing results accurately and report faulty items.
• Order Fulfilment
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care.
• Prepare items for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
• Maintain inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Warehouse Support
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse maintenance.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Opportunities for Growth
• Learn how to list products on Amazon and eBay.
• Gain exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
• Potential to move into specialized roles such as product lister, inventory manager, or marketing assistant.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and ability to identify common issues.
• Strong attention to detail and able to resolve problems with persistency
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, testing, or e-commerce environment is a plus, but not required.
