Telephone Interviewer

We are now expanding our team and we are looking for freelancers to join our B2B business survey project.

Please note that professional-level proficiency (C1/C2) in Hebrew is a mandatory requirement for this position, as all interview calls are conducted with Hebrew-speaking business clients.

Summary:

Katrium is currently seeking Hebrew speakers for flexible remote work that includes telephone interviews for the ongoing project. Work is independent and flexible project-based freelance opportunity where you can decide your working hours within the possible working time of the project, depending on your availability and the project needs.

In this role, you would conduct interviews following the instructions provided by the project team and record the answers in a browser-based system. Your responsibilities would be conducting interview-based calls and help complete the required interviews for the project professionally and accurately.

What are we looking for:

This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is fluent Hebrew speaker and possesses good English communication skills. As a remote telephone interviewer, you should have a friendly, professional phone manner and the ability to interact with B2B customers clearly and confidently. Since this is an independent, project-based freelance opportunity, we value individuals who can manage their own schedule efficiently and follow project instructions accurately. To succeed in this role, you should be available to conduct interviews during standard daytime office hours.

Since this is a home-based project, you would also need a stable interned connection, computer with Google Chrome and a good quality headset. We also recommend a quiet working space that is suitable for making calls.
