We are a premium handcrafted chocolate brand with an integrated cafe. We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused ASM or strong shift manager looking for the next step to help lead day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the manager to lead and motivate a small team
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high product presentation standards
Work with the manager to manage daily store operations:
- Inventory control, cash handling, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Oversee cafe operations
- Drive sales and local marketing initiatives; achieve financial targets
- Maintain brand standards and deliver a premium guest experience
- Implement company policies and promotions
Requirements
Proven retail and hospitality management experience as either a shift manager or ASM
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
Solid understanding of stock management
Passion for premium food and attention to detail
Experience planning events or workshops is a plus
Eligibility to work in the UK and flexibility for early mornings, weekends and public holidays
