Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. While this is a remote-based role, occasional travel to our office will be required (typically 1–2 times per year). Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Project and Business Support Coordinator to join our team and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in project management, business operations, client delivery and technology-enabled learning.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas of a business. Alongside core project coordination responsibilities, you'll contribute to operational support, administrative processes, and elements of project delivery, providing an excellent opportunity to build experience and make a visible impact.
Because this is a fully remote role, we're looking for someone who can manage their workload effectively, work independently, and collaborate confidently with colleagues and clients online.
We recognise that people work best in different ways and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements that support both individual needs and business requirements.
If you are organised, proactive, eager to learn and excited by the prospect of contributing to a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences, including those looking to start a career in project coordination, return to work, or transition from another field. If you're interested in the role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our team and help us deliver better outcomes for our clients.
Your priorities will include:
· supporting project planning, scheduling and tracking activities.
· coordinating meetings and project communications.
· maintaining project documentation, action logs and status reports.
· monitoring project progress and helping identify risks or issues.
· supporting quality assurance and project governance activities.
· assisting with system configuration, testing and implementation activities where appropriate.
As a growing organisation, there will also be opportunities to support activities beyond traditional project management, including:
· client support and customer success.
· learning technology and LMS implementation projects.
· business operations and process improvement.
· marketing, communications and bid support activities.
· product and service development initiatives.
If you are organised, ambitious, eager to learn and excited by the prospect of contributing to a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
