As a Network Operations Supervisor, you’ll support the safe delivery of Network Operation activities within your allocated area of the M25 network. Your leadership will ensure planned and reactive operations run smoothly, challenges are resolved, and targets are consistently met.

Leading a team of Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operatives, Emergency Support Teams (ERT) Operatives and Recovery Operatives (Dartford Only) you’ll promote a safety-first culture where everyone is committed to doing their work in the right way. You’ll ensure teams are appropriately briefed, working efficiently, and have the right resources to succeed.

You’ll also support the delivery of various inspection regimes, ensuring high standards of work are maintained across all activities, and you’ll contribute to incident management as the Bronze Command on the network.

• Appropriate CSCS qualification
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experience in the delivery of a highways maintenance operations or similar transferable experience
• Team leadership and management experience driving performance and productivity
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer focused mindset
• UK Driver’s License

Working Arrangements

• The role follows a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, rotating equally between 4 day shifts and 4 night shifts.
