As a Junior Communications Advisor, you will support the Communications team in delivering internal and external communications strategies that enhance Peninsula’s brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in corporate communications, offering hands-on experience across media relations, content creation, digital communications, and event support.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
Support the management of social media channels, website and intranet content.
Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports.
Help coordinate events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Maintain media contact databases and support outreach efforts.
Provide administrative support to the Communications team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluent in English and preferably business level Spanish.
Bachelors degree, ideally in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar
