Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday rota)
Salary: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour
(Final band determined post-probation based on qualifications, experience, and performance)

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with children in outdoor settings to promote play, learning and development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during outdoor play.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.
• Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Maintain records of children's activities and developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
• Leadership and management abilities to oversee activities and support team members
• Passion for outdoor activities and fostering a love for nature in young learners
