What Will You Do?

As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.
• Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences.
• Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism.
• Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

• Educated to A-level or equivalent
  A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Highly organised and confident managing your workload and deadlines independently.
• A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit.
• Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with financial services or administrative roles (no prior experience required—we’ll train you!).
