Your Role:
The Associate Analyst, RFP supports the development and delivery of high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses. This role partners closely with senior RFP team members, product teams, sales, and subject matter experts (SMEs) across regions to coordinate content, ensure accuracy, and meet tight deadlines.
The position provides strong exposure to global investment products and institutional client requirements, while supporting a cross-regional operating model. It serves as a foundational role for growth within the RFP function.

What you will bring:
Experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field (internship experience acceptable)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with RFP tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field preferred)
Clear and concise written communication
