Technical Support Advisor – Customer Experience Focus

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting customers with confidence and care
  You’ll listen carefully to understand each customer’s needs and guide them to effective technical solutions in a clear, reassuring way.
• Creating positive customer experiences
  By showing empathy, patience and understanding, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported and valued.
• Identifying helpful product options
  Where appropriate, you’ll suggest relevant upgrades or services that genuinely benefit the customer, passing warm leads to our sales team.
• Working as part of a supportive team
  You’ll collaborate with colleagues and team leaders who are focused on shared success, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Pay & hours

• Permanent 40‑hour contract
• Convenient location, at Central Business Park, Larbert
• 5 days out of 7, between 8am–9pm
• £26,520 annual salary
• Bonus opportunity of up to £250 per month, plus uncapped bonus from successful lead generation
