Our new JLR facility in Huyton in addition to this will demonstrate state-of-the-art workshops,  equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment, to include integrated work stations including inbuilt technician computer systems, tool storage,  standalone diagnostic bays,  ATL MOT facility, wheel alignment and tyre facilities.
• Training and development: Benefit from comprehensive and unlimited training to help you further develop your technical skills. You will be enrolled on welcome to JLR within the first 6 weeks of your employment, thereafter you will be enrolled onto a leaner journey where you will complete both distance learning and face to face technical training. you will be assessed at the end of your L3 & L4 journey, and your pay will reflect your level status within the organisation.
• Access to technical resources: Once you have your SSO ( single sign on) you will be able to gain unrestricted access to creating technical cases, raising electronic product quality reports to also include access to technical manuals, online databases, and diagnostic software to ensure efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving.
