Meet Lesley, our amazing colleague who has reached 43 years of service, having joined us in 1983 when we were still Chelsea Girl. Over four decades, she has seen our business evolve, adapt and grow, while building a remarkable career of her own. Her journey highlights something we see time and again: retail careers are full of possibilities. Whether colleagues stay for decades, develop into new roles, or even leave and return later in their careers, every path helps shape who we are.
