Description UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, is the UK’s central organisation for managing applications to higher education. As a charity and a leading provider of educational support services, UCAS offers far more than application processing. We deliver multiple services and digital platforms for students, parents, schools, universities, colleges, and strategic partners, covering everything from undergraduate applications to apprenticeships, postgraduate routes, teacher training and data insights.

Alongside our public service mission, we operate commercial activities that help sustain and strengthen the charity’s impact, all while maintaining transparency about how users engage with different parts of the organisation. Based in Cheltenham, we support hundreds of thousands of learners each year, enabling smoother, clearer journeys into education and future careers.
