      Pros

      I find my role challenging and engaging. For the most part, the people I work with are kind & easy to get along with. Never been micromanaged and lots of trust placed in you. Company has really grown in the last few years and formalised lots of stuff that historically they didn’t do so well.

      Cons

      No bonus. No dental. Operating companies within the group can be quite disconnected from one another.
