Pros

A great company to work for. The home I work in is a great home and the care given to residents is very evident. Management is very supportive and has helped me develop from carer to deputy manager. Residents contribute to my day and give me a purpose.

Cons

The deputy manager pay should be little higher

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s wonderful to hear how much you value the supportive management, the strong development opportunities, and the sense of purpose you gain from the residents you work with. Your journey from carer to deputy manager is inspiring, and we’re glad you’ve felt encouraged along the way. We appreciate your comments about deputy manager pay and will ensure this is shared with the relevant teams. Your advice to continue supporting colleagues’ development is spot on and aligns with our ongoing focus. If you know someone who’d thrive in a role like yours, our Refer a Friend scheme offers rewards for every successful referral — it’s a great way to bring more brilliant people into the team.

Pros

Huge commitment to D&I, supportive team and manager. Great flexible working and work/life balance. Lots of role autonomy. Generally really happy with my job and team.

Cons

The same consistency and support isn't necessarily reflected in other areas of the business which is a shame.

Pros

you tell me based on the information below

Cons

Department heads appear to be promoted based more on personal relationships than on demonstrated knowledge, leadership capability, or technical skill. In particular, there is concern that some senior staff contribute limited value while delegating or outsourcing most of their responsibilities. This has negatively affected team morale, motivation, and confidence in leadership
