Pros
The consultant in orthopedics and paediatric surgery were very friendly. I used a referral to secure a clinical attachment. Mr Alwyn and Mr Nitin are good to approach. The good thing is that they can often hire internally without trac jobs. so if you just get the phone number of the JDAs and call them, you could easily schedule an interview.
Cons
To apply for the attachment, you have to jump through many hoops. and then when they dont pick up your call (apparently HR work hours are 9am-1pm), then you just gotta call again and again. And email again and again. Same thing for the job application. They need to be constantly chased down via email or call.
