      Leadership deeply cares and is innovative in the way they operate and drive success not only for the business but also for each individual.

      Cons

      Being a small consultancy means having to fill holes you didn’t sign up for - could mean a few months to a year of standing in for a position you don’t really have an interest in at times

      Archetype is great company built by smart people that genuinely care. The company offers lots of learning opportunities. The environment is supportive and entrepreneurial. Great culture where new ideas are encouraged. You get to work closely with leadership, so there’s lots of mentorship and room to grow. Competitive pay and fair performance based rewards.
