Pros

employee-owned model, strong technical culture and variety of opportunities mean you can keep developing, work with talented people and build a career that feels meaningful. Salaries are not top of range but pension, profit share, flexible working and culture very important.

Cons

it can sometimes feel complex and consensus-driven, with lots of processes and competing priorities. As with any large consultancy, commercial pressures can increase, and career progression may depend on navigating a big organisation as well as doing great work.
