      Nowhere is perfect, but the intent is always positive in everything they try to do. I loved the culture and the people are a huge part of that.

      A workplace thats sensible

      Pros

      - Strong hiring process, we dont mess candidates around. - Culture, thats not overloaded. People respect each other. Keep it simple - Management when you need it, otherwise you can excel and do as you need to get dhe job done - Work life balance, never forced to do anything outside your working ours. However, appreciated when you do. - People are just a joy to work with - Hard and fund problems to solve - Collaborative environment without being over the top. No forced collaboration where it doesn't make sense. - Adopts change, smaller tech companies need to accept change and they do. - Fast paced learning environment, if your willing to learn. Examples include people switching roles to something new. If your willing to put in the effort then the company will support you.

      Cons

      - Business can be slightly slow to react (now and then), and as such it has led to sparadic decision making without warning - Engineering (mostly backend) needs more refinement and simplification. Too many random services doing not very much and ruin DX. Though improving, and seems to continue to improve consistently. - Benefits are okay but nothing to shout about, but could be worse. IMO benefits is subjective anyway.
