      Pros

      I have been with the company for three years now, and my overall experience has been very positive. It’s a great place to work, with a supportive and friendly environment that makes a real difference to day-to-day job satisfaction. One of the standout aspects of the company is the people. I work with genuinely kind, approachable colleagues who create a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. It has always felt easy to build strong working relationships here. The company also does a fantastic job of organising regular work events, which really help bring teams together and strengthen the sense of community. These events are always well thought out and enjoyable. Another highlight is the beautiful surroundings and workplace environment, which makes coming into work something to look forward to. It contributes positively to both wellbeing and productivity. Overall, I’m very happy here and would recommend the company to others looking for a positive, people-focused workplace.

      Cons

      The location can be challenging to access, as transport links are not particularly strong. There are limited local amenities nearby, such as shops or places to eat. While food vans do visit, they can be a bit expensive, so bringing your own lunch is often a better option.

      Friendly Team, Great Culture, and Beautiful Surroundings

      Friendly, welcoming, and supportive working environment. Approachable management team that is always happy to help. Great team culture with regular events such as cake days, breakfast mornings, and other social activities. Ample on-site parking. Beautiful grounds that are perfect for a walk during breaks. Plenty of wildlife around the site, making for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some roles can be quieter than others, depending on the department. Hybrid or flexible working options may vary between teams.
