      Pros

      Developed valuable skills and significantly broadened my knowledge. The benefits are great, and the remote-work flexibility is a huge plus. My experience at Binance was overall very positive—hard work is recognized and rewarded. You develop at a pace that would take twice as long at many other companies, and the learning curve accelerates your professional growth.

      Cons

      If you’re used to a more traditional working style, Binance may not be the right fit. It’s a fast-paced environment that rewards hard-working, ambitious people, but the intensity may not suit everyone.
