      Why I work at Broadoak

      Pros

      The pros for me are: Broadoak is a family run business and very family driven. I live locally Broadoak are very flexible which is really good All staff are very friendly and helpful Broadoak are committed to keeping their staff happy The salaries are very fair We are based in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside Very mixed age range of staff Opportunity to earn extra money as overtime

      Cons

      Since working at Broadoak from February 2022 I have had no issues to speak of. The only small thing I would say is that our office works at 200mph and as a newbie felt it difficult to ask for help. I must stress this was my own issue and not made to feel a nuisance. I do feel confident that should any issues arise moving forward it will be dealt with in the professional, friendly manner Broadoak offer.

      broad oak is a very good company because they are very flexible and understandable

      too far way - maybe give a pay raise for travel coast.
