Most flexible company I have ever worked for, CPI were offering hybrid options before COVID and continue to prioritise staff wellbeing through trusted flexible working options

Cons

Pay and progression can vary on role, but if you get a good manager, not an issue Progression for lab/research staff can be slow

We appreciate your honest feedback on pay, progression and career development, particularly for our lab and research colleagues. Our pay ranges are benchmarked and reviewed annually to ensure we remain competitive with the external market. We have also made our salary ranges for each role visible to staff on our intranet site to ensure transparency between teams. Career progression pathways are also available for each team. Your comments on parental policies and flexible working formats are also valuable. We regularly review our benefits and people policies to ensure they remain competitive, inclusive and reflective of our workforce’s needs, and feedback like this helps inform those discussions. Great team, managment team open to speak to anyone Flexible working arrangements Strong, supporting atmosphere across diverse groups with affinity teams set up and internal training schemes Company driven by impact over profit - really making a difference Able to engage with government etc - some opportunties you'd not get anywhere else.

Cons

Recent change in IT systems are making some processes difficult but this should improve with time.
