Everyone has the ability to say "STOP" to ensure safety remains a priority. Extras offered are ice-creams and fruit and several wellbeing initiatives or social events throughout the year. People help each other and work to see the successes of the business.

      Chemring Countermeasures - Hybrid working is not available for this role as there is the requirement to be onsite to support manufacturing. Some dtaed buildings.
