-very nice office in the city centre with free barista and a gym with showers and changing rooms, facilities are very good - commission structure is set well and not too hard to hit, was making 500-800 a month on commission as a beginner - 1 month of intensive training, is alot to absorb but training is managed well - only really good things to say about this company, have special occasion days with free food and drinks, managers and other employees are friendly and helping, have early dart incentives meaning you can go home an hour early if hitting targets, give you vouchers for winning awards etc.

Cons

Sales are always hard, they do push you a little and can feel the pressure building but I guess that’s with any sales job
