      What a mess

      Pros

      Shopping center right underneath the building. Gym in the building. Bar in the building. The top floor has lovely views of the city. Good work / life balance. You control when you start and finish which is great. Nice and flexible.

      Cons

      The senior and middle management have no idea what is going on right under their noses in the IT department and its resulting in chaos. Fighting and bickering amongst the teams has resulted in a situation where not only can nothing get done but where people are quitting or getting sacked for not delivering results. Aggressive attitudes and borderline bullying culture.

      People in the wider business are lovely to work with.

      Cons

      The Brand and Comms team is toxic and should be avoided at all costs. The leadership champions passive aggressive behaviours, regularly bullies subordinates and micromanagement is rife. If you value your comms career, don’t work here.

      The job salary was ok.

      Cons

      No training given, managers don't even say good morning to you, the environment was horrendous and so toxic that I left pretty quickly. I came home crying every day and it took me months to recover from the experience. All interviews are remote so you don't get a chance to experience the awful office environment before it's too late and you're attending your first day.
