- Incredible talent. - Amazing staff benefits. - Inclusive work culture. - Supportive teams. - Open communication with senior teams. - Work hour flexibility.

Cons

- I never faced any issues, if I was going to be critical, perhaps the worklife balance could be better, however it isn't that bad as busy periods are extreme but there are enough quieter times where it naturally levels out.
