Pros

True Team Culture What strikes me most is how everyone here pulls in the same direction. From engineering to support to leadership, it feels like we're all part of one cohesive team working toward shared goals. The company values (sustainability, transparency, customer obsession, and quality) aren't just words on a wall. They shape decisions daily. Exceptional Leadership I have exceptional respect and trust for the leadership team here. They're genuinely collaborative rather than hierarchical, and you see them engaged in day-to-day operations. It feels like working with experienced colleagues who happen to have more responsibility, not distant executives. I highly value their feedback and love receiving it. Meaningful Autonomy with Support The balance here is excellent. I have genuine autonomy to tackle problems and make decisions, but guidance is always available when needed. My manager consistently offers help when I'm uncertain about how to approach something or structure work for delivery. Everyone across the company is genuinely approachable, from graduate engineers to leadership. There's a culture where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities rather than blame sessions. Remote First Done Right This isn't just "remote allowed", it's a remote-first culture executed brilliantly. Our CEO records a 5-minute update video every Friday to keep everyone connected. Weekly all-hands meetings maintain visibility across the company. The quarterly meetups in Belfast are meaningful and productive, not just social events. Transparency and Growth Focus Yes, things move quickly, and priorities can shift dramatically. But leadership explains why. The visibility into decision-making processes means changes make sense rather than feeling arbitrary. When we pivot, we understand the reasoning.

Cons

The pace can be intense sometimes. With rapid growth and evolving priorities, it's easy to take on too much exciting work. The company culture of sustainability helps balance this, but individual discipline is needed to maintain work-life balance.
