Pros

You can make friends for life.

Cons

You are expected to stay open for business despite being short staffed. Area managers put the responsibility of hiring staff for the company onto the store managers. Impossible amount of work given. They will expect you to work/stay open even if you are the only one available for work. Head office and management are clueless to what is happening in the stores. Outdated company. Expected to work overtime for no pay. Store managers are expected to work seven days a week with no day off if you are short staffed. Major hiring issues. Staff are thrown into the deep end when hired. High staff turnover. Training issues. No progression in the company. Impossible targets, No communication between head office and stores. EG takeover has brought major problems along with it.
