People make Glasgow, but they also make DFYNE. With many years of industry experience across the UK, in my opinion no one does it like DFYNE. It’s a team of genuine people who want to work hard and have fun doing it. The pay is good, the win together lose together bonus is refreshing and it’s more than just pizzas on a Friday when we’re stressed.

Since joining DFYNE in May, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. I've gained a wealth of knowledge and have felt continuously supported by my entire team, especially my team lead, who has been incredible in my development through regular feedback and guidance. Being an Athlete Manager is a truly rewarding role, and one of the many highlights is the opportunity to be part of the exciting events and trips organised for both staff and athletes. I’m eager to continue growing within this amazing company and contribute to its ongoing success. I truly look forward to going to work every day and being a part of DFYNE's journey with my amazing team.
