I’m leaving this review later than planned, having moved on to another company and only now realising just how well I was treated during my time here—especially during some very difficult periods of physical and emotional stress. After experiencing a very different approach elsewhere, I felt it was important to acknowledge and give credit to a company that genuinely supported me.
I worked here for four years and it honestly felt like a second home. The management team and senior staff were always approachable, open, and willing to help. During my surgery and the challenges that followed, I was treated with empathy, understanding, and respect—something I now recognise is not a given in every organisation.
I grew a lot professionally during my time here and learned so much from colleagues who truly cared about both the work and the people working alongside them. Other companies could learn a great deal from the culture of support, trust, and humanity that this organisation demonstrates.
I’m grateful for the experience I had here and the people who made it what it was.
