One of the standout aspects of working here is the exposure to mission-critical infrastructure within the data centre environment. The company operates at a high standard when it comes to uptime, redundancy, and operational discipline, which provides a strong learning platform for anyone interested in reliability engineering. There is also good collaboration across teams.

Cons

I have not identified any significant downsides so far.

Big company with well maintained offices. People are nice and easy to approach. There is a lot of available benefits and the company really cares about your wellbeing.

Cons

We all have different criteria when judging something, but to me, there is no cons so far.
