      He was the one who selected me and gave me an opportunity. He gave me pointers on what I went wrong and gave me lots of opportunities to correct my wrong. He is a charismatic leader. Lead by example. He is the most look upon leader for my whole engineering career and someone I look up to. Thank you sir. For the opportunities you gave. May god bless you.
