Pros

Great culture across the company Good progression opportunities Perks are good, good internal reward program Friendly teams in all the properties Hotels are beautiful, we can experience at a very preferential rate which I'd recommend to do.

Cons

Some benefits could be enhanced (mat/pat leave)

None expected to make good relationships with some of my collegues

Cons

Everything. Don’t waste your time. Also bare in mind that the office is based in a basement without windows. If someone is getting sick everyone will be sick. And guess what? No sick pay. So will be off from your salary
